“I am not your typical provider. I take time to listen, pay close attention and truly get to know my patients. I provide comprehensive medication management across the lifespan, guided by a holistic approach that considers nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction as essential components of mental health care. I value each patient’s unique story and strive to build a collaborative partnership. I am committed to finding the right treatment plan, and I’m not hesitant to adjust medications when necessary to align with your individual needs and body chemistry.”
